无盐黄油,
40g(草莓味配枓),
棉花糖,
170g,
全脂奶粉,
50g,
蔓越莓干,
40g草莓干果,50g偏桃仁,100g(或其它坚果)饼干,
120g撒粉用
全脂奶粉,

1.将偏桃仁平辅烤盘(也可使用其它坚果,烘烤方法相同),放入预热150度上下火烤箱,烤20分钟。

2.将烤好的偏桃仁放入烤箱(花生仁类坚果去皮),开发酵挡继续保温。

3.将蔓越莓干大颗粒用剪刀略改下。

4.所有材料备齐。

5.将黄油放入不粘锅里,开中小火加热融化。

6.锅中加入棉花糖,小火继续加热融化。

7.棉花糖融化后,加入奶粉搅拌均匀关火。

8.放入草莓干、饼干、大杏仁、越莓干,用刮刀搅拌混合,乖余热在锅里取出糖团,用双手反复揉裹拉丝状,使坚果、饼干所有材料被棉花糖奶粉均匀裹住。

9.再把糖团放入模具中,用手前推揉压整平,这样可防止糖块中饼干碾压过碎。

10.用筛子在糖块上筛撒奶粉,放置凉冷。

11.再用刀将凉冷的糖块切成小糖块块。

12.将切好的糖块用包装袋装好封囗。
